Johnathon at Allcheck provides a fully professional property inspection service. He was a builder for a long time and such experience is crucial for an in-depth inspection: roof, cladding, house structure, foundations, drainage, exterior structures and fencing, interior lining and floors, doors/windows, kitchen/bathrooms. I was visiting from NZ on a tight time frame and Johnathon did 3 house inspections for me. Each inspection gave me a complete and critical overview of the property's condition which was invaluable for determining how much it was worth in the market. Unless you're a builder yourself, it's essential to get a professional inspection: 2 days following one inspection I watched bidders at the auction obviously completely oblivious to the approx $100K (13% of price) necessary structural work that Johnathon had revealed. Was recommended Jonathon from a friend for a building & pest inspection (prior to buying) and we used him twice! First property had a bit to do / issues and we received a comprehensive report detailing everything needing work, replacement, current issues and any issues that would come down the track of owning that house. The second time we used Johnathon we received the same in depth report however the house was a better build!
