Thank you – I’m very impressed with your service and detailed report. A little bit scary but I understand you have to “urr” on the side of caution. When I have more time, I’ll take it all in, and it’s a great reference point for things to fix up, monitor and help me set up my ongoing maintenance program which I’ll need to do.
