Q. The house inspection is extremely urgent, when can I get the inspection done?
If your inspection is urgent, we will do our best to fit you in that day. An inspection can be organised immediately, even the same day provided we can gain access and that we have an inspector available!

Q. Can I be present at the property during the inspection?
Yes you are welcome to attend the inspection. However, as the inspection is a very complex process, we would prefer you keep any questions or concerns until after the inspection has been completed. Any distractions while the inspector is conducting the inspection could potentially cause the inspector to overlook critical defects.

Should the inspector find any significant defects while in the process of the inspection, he will call you in and show you his findings. Once the inspection is completed the inspector will give you his overview on the condition of the property, and point out any items of concern. You will also be provided with a complete written report on the same day via email.

Q. The house has a concrete slab and brick walls, why do I need a pest inspection?

Termites penetrate concrete slabs as easily as homes built on stumps. They enter through tiny cracks and pipe penetrations to reach timber framed walls and roof frames.

Q. I want a building inspection done for my home before I put it up for sale, do you conduct inspections for home owners or vendors?
Pre-sale inspections have become very popular. By using the same format as the pre-purchase inspection we enable you, the seller, to repair any issues we detect during the inspection. By doing this, you’ll increase the value of your property, and maximise your selling price.
Q. What are your terms of payment?

Payment is required on receipt of report or prior. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Direct Debit or Cash.

Payment terms: Payment is requested on the same day of the inspection, prior to the report being received. Payment may be via credit card over the phone, direct deposit to our company account or by cash. When direct depositing the payment, please include the Invoice No. and your Surname as reference, and email a copy of the bank transfer receipt from the internet banking session or a scanned copy of the over counter bank deposit receipt.
